March 27th - ​ILC Commitment Form due       
May 1st - Additional State Pin Orders due; submit orders here
                ILC Form due to receive ILC hotel code; submit here
May 15th - Registration and Event Uploads due
                  Hotel Reservations submitted
                  Code of Conduct & Medical Liability Forms due; submit here

Registration Information

$145 per Delegate/Advisor/Chaperone

ADVISORS:  Remember your chapter must be affiliated with HOSA and member names submitted through the HOSA Apps Login prior to registering for conferences.  Instructions to complete the affiliation application can be found here.
